This is a follow up to the full 7 day cleansing fast you did with us, the great thing is you can do this at home or even when working. All products are the same. You simply adjust the quantity and regime. And guess what no colemas. You take 9 Choppers and 9 Herbal nutrition daily 3 each 3 three times a day. You also take the detox drink twice a day. Some good news is you can eat 3 meals per day 7am, 12 noon and 6pm (of course as fresh and raw as possible) This does indeed get a very good cleansing going.
